3.4 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 39 Jili reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including Real Money Balances and Bonus Balances.
3.5 KYC Verification. 39 Jili is required by PAGCOR regulations and its own compliance obligations to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to permitting continued play. You agree to provide such documentation as 39 Jili may reasonably request, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 39 Jili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. 39 Jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
4.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you. Wagers placed using your Account credentials are binding regardless of whether they were placed by you personally, provided that 39 Jili had no actual knowledge of unauthorized access at the time the wager was placed.
4.3 Account Suspension and Closure. 39 Jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) 39 Jili suspects fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise improper activity; (c) you have failed to complete KYC verification; or (d) regulatory requirements necessitate such action. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Balance will be forfeited. Real Money Balances will be returned to you subject to the completion of KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding obligations.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. 39 Jili may apply an inactivity fee to inactive accounts as permitted by applicable law. You will be notified prior to any inactivity fee being applied. Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be closed at 39 Jili's discretion, with any remaining Real Money Balance returned to you via your registered payment method following KYC verification.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 39 Jili accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 39 Jili's discretion. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 per transaction unless otherwise stated on the deposit page. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of deposit.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Account instantly. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. 39 Jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
5.4 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are your own personal funds, derived from lawful sources, and that you are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party. 39 Jili is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments.
Important: 39 Jili does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be returned and your Account may be subject to review.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested from your Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. 39 Jili reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. 6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) to three (3) business days of submission, subject to the completion of any required KYC verification. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. 39 Jili will communicate any delays to you via your registered email address.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of request. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by 39 Jili from time to time.
6.5 Withdrawal Fees. 39 Jili does not charge fees for standard withdrawal transactions. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 39 Jili accepts no responsibility.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. 12.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 39 Jili's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 39 Jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.3 Gambling Risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on the Platform. 39 Jili is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 39 Jili from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
